Do you ever wonder if celebs are members of prince.org

if so. do you ever speculate whether or not they actually post threads to gather the feed back? then glean the post and use our/your thoughts as a catalyst to inspire their stage acts or use your words as inspirations to write song lyrics or etc?

if true just think, you might be a celebrity's muse. cool

That guy that directed "Love Jones" is/was a member.

So is/was the guy that played Prince on "Saturday Night Live" (Fred Armison?).

It is best 4 all involved that people DON't know the user names of the celebs here. (If there are any)

Why is it “best for all involved”? lol

I can see how a celeb might want the anonymity, but they certainly don't have to be. With facebook and twitter and blogs and forums and such, LOTS of celebs are themselves in various places on the net. They can interact with folks as much or as little as they choose. Just like anyone else.

Well we know Lisa Coleman's wife, who is a great gal.
We know that Michael B used to be here. I'm sure he might still have an account.
Matt Fink still trolls around here, making sure nothing is being said that can have Prince up his butt.
I think W&L are on here, or were at some point. I could be wrong on that.
St. Paul at least reads here in the past, probably doesn't now.

One thing is sure - all of them surely know about how wacky the Org can be at times.

Why? It changes the tone of certain post. It also brings out the fringe damn near stalker posters. There are several other reasons but I'll keep it simple.

muse? or a joke? that's kind of the sentiment the org monsters seem to be up to these days or the impression their giving...
from what I'm hearing from regular folks. Fan's. Fam's ...or whatever.

think there's some around that think far too much of themselves and way to little of others.

are there celebs droppin by the org? Sure. Depends on your idea of celeb though. By celeb do you mean.... Superstars ? Or just folks that were married to a star? Or ... rising stars? or run of the mill stars? or
any combo from all of the above?

I've spoken to Ms Labelle. Awesome lady.
Easy to talk to... down to earth. Just a geniune human being. A real pleasure to speak to. Much props and respect to Ms. Labelle.

A true Superstar that lady is .. in every way.

Much more respect for the fact that ... that was NOT here on the org .. just some potato's and 8's in another cyber world. so to speak.

Have I bumped into other stars ... not of superstar status but certainly have a respectable name for themselves? sure. they're around. here and there.

then there's plenty of musicians that are not really known ... but out there trying.... here on the org.

I've seen some of mayte's post here on the org. but I dont bother .... the only pot stirring I care for is while actually preparing a nice white or red wine sauce reduction to go with the meat I'm about to serve. Or ...while preparing peanut oil (my own receipe from scratch) to pop, popcorn in, (which is especially tasty with a little caramel drizzled on top after buttering the popcorn) you might try it if you cook a little.

However, I'm getting off topic. Back to your Q. Yes ... I've seen a few celebs on the org that I knew for sure who they were. And I've seen a few monikers/posters that I wondered about. These musings I usually keep it to myself though.

the org is fast loosing it's appeal for my taste. Not really fun here. More of an ordeal that one endures for a time .. then something enjoyable.IMHO
I never took pleasure or joy in seeing other people hurt or injured... especially for no good reason.

Peace!
this is the time of the first fast.
