Of course, there´s probably noone who´d look just naturally perfect. It always takes some make-up etc., but Paris doesn´t look great even with it. Now Vanessa Paradis may not be all perfect without make-up, but she has a moments of looking absolutely perfect. She´s just natural. But some find her plain. I guess it´s very subjective.
