Okay, let me further clarify.

Guy pictures are movies that pretty much only have guys in them. Any female characters are incidental. And there are no sappy love stories. disbelief

I'm not talking about "buddy flicks." I mean real guy movies - like Lawrence of Arabia, The Magnificent Seven, The Train, and Twelve O'Clock High.

Just seeing Yul Brynner walk across the screen in The Magnificent Seven in his tight black shirt and pants makes me drool

And don't even get me started on how insanely lickable Omar Sharif looked in Lawrence... faint

Yes, john. I know... rolleyes

Growing up watching dozens and dozens of films with my Dad, I'm all about "guy" movies. lol I love martial arts films (Bruce Lee, Van Damme, Jackie Chan, Jet Li, Michael Jai White, Jason Statham, etc, but not Chuck Norris or Steven Seagal, lol), and action movies in general. That's my favorite genre. I also love all of the "Star Wars," "Batman," "Rocky," "Superman," "Lethal Weapon," "X-Men" and "Blade" films. Like Genesia, I watch them for the entertainment, and also the gorgeous men, lol.

Man I think we grew up in the same household. I too watched all these type movies with my dad. He liked Van Damne and Jackie Chan but I was partial to Jet Lee and Michael Jai White. Think it was an age thing. giggle Chuck Norris and Steven Seagal got no love in our home except for my older brother who thinks this dude is god. rolleyes Mofo only had one move..."the arm knockdown."

X-Men is drool worthy. And boy oh boy I can not wait for Iron Man 2. Although i will miss seeing cutie pie Terence Howard. Did you know he got paid more than Robert Downey for the 1st one?

Yes! Me too. I really liked the first one.

I should have also added the "Terminator," "Indiana Jones" and "Back To The Future" movie series to my list. thumbs up! The only guy movies I could never get into were horror movies, certain westerns and Star Trek. lol

Are you joking, lol? If not, well, yeah, ignoring females and lusting over the male action stars we want to stare at, grope, and marry is real gay. lol

Sorry no, LOL. Plenty of us straight girls/women watch action movies and are not/never have been/never will be homo/bisexual.

I love terminator anything. Indiana Jones...meh well...i could take it or leave it. I liked BTTF 2 and 3 but don't remember the first one and I should cuz it had Crispen Glover in it and he's fuckin' hot!!!! I hate westerns and my parents love them. Ick! ill can't do it unless it's spaghetti westerns. excited The Good, The Bad, and The Ugly. Fist full of dollars and For a Few Dollars More.

Star trek...shrug I liked this recent movie that went back in time to when they were young and I like the old series that comes on the weekends. TV land is great...you get to see all that old stuff your parents and grandparents loved in their youth. hmmm Do the Star Trek movies count as guy flicks? They have the ladies in there with important roles and there is always Deanna Troi.

hmmm Maybe not, lol. I've never known any girls/women that like Star Trek though. lol Maybe if I hadn't become a fan of Star Wars first, I could have watched it. But to me, the Jedi are way cooler than Captain Kirk and his crew, lol.

ANOTHER series I forgot to add: "Pirates of The Caribbean" with hot Johnny Depp. Even as a dirty pirate, he was still fine. lol I liked everything about those movies, except for those gross-looking octopus men. ill

there are some guy movies that are. the matrix is quite genius. i fought seeing it, and when i did, i said it was the thinking man's action movie.

when i think of guy movies, i think of the mindless formulaic action movie, much the way when someone says chick flick, i think of those sacharine formulaic rom-coms.

Hate romantic comedies or chick flicks. Only a few got past my loathing. One was The Notebook.

love Spartacus!!!

love Star Trek. All the movies with Kirk in them.

love 300

love the entire Death Wish series.

Desperado
, OMG I have watched this movie so many times.

And this is one of my ALL-TIME faves..."Look at you now--look at you now!"

Yul Brenner in anything. But I love the Magnificent Seven movies. I also love Clinty in Hang 'Em High, Fistful of Dollars, The Good, The Bad, and The Ugly, Dirty Harry, Magnum Force, etc.

The Dirty Dozen, Kelly's Heroes, The Last of the Mohicans, The Matrix, Enter the Dragon. Watched that last night. Think I have seen it 50 times and I still see new things. I ordered the "Special Director's' version. Love Jean-Claude Van Damme in Bloodpsort, Kickboxer, Hard Target. I love Conan.

Loved Fight Club too.

Nope. (in answer to your query)

I dig most of the titles mentioned.

Would like to add (sorry if they were mentioned)
"Kingdom Of Heaven" Knights = strength = hotness

"Jarhead" (Dang it! I listed this as "Jughead" lurking) Marines...Oorah hot!

"The Three Musketeers" 1973 Oliver Reed drool
"The Man In The Iron Mask" 1998 Gérard Depardieu & John Malkovich faint

Anything with "reasonable" decapitations (lol) =
"Highlander" Adrian Paul
vampires Bela Lugosi = scarysexy, Frank Langella = I wanted him.
Samurai = their code of honor & regalia = hotness

Oh yeah. Put Worf in anything. I'm there... It's a Klingon thingy. nod

[Edited 3/23/10 9:31am]

3/24 Edit note:
Sorry Genesia. I just ran with the titles and forgot the horny and or hotness factor.

Oh and decapitations don't make me hot. It's just that they are very often times included in some manly man movie & TV series.
