Off for a run Ironically, I hate runners, so if you see someone running around Glasgow basically self loathing, give me a wave.

Heard on the radio this morning that a new study is out that shows running is actually bad for your health. Something about runners have more arterial plaque buildup in the heart than non-runners. I knew there was a reason I always hated it. Glad I gave it up. | |
