Eat right for your blood type.

I found this website and it is very interesting. I'm B negative and have found that chicken is not good for me. Dude...I can't be without chicken! lol

I have read about this diet and I've read a lot of opinions that "debunk" it as well.

Jill Scott did this a long while back.

I looked into a bit more, and all the research shows it's just bunk. Good idea, but nothing to back it up.

For me, it's "Eat less for all blood types." lol



Do some reading on 'High Fructose Corn Syrup' and that might help clue you in to some of the reasons why obesity is such an epidemic in the US (and now other countries which have adopted HFCS into their products). We're also consuming an average 200 colories more per day per person than we were in the 70s. That's scary.

beacause l knew someone daughter who was only 11 at tht time who was suffering from heliobacter plyori....and all tht was due to allergy from eating wheat and dairy products.... but l dont know if tht is related to the blood type
so lm surprise to read the link on tht...so l dont know... wink

Thats funny you mention corn syrup, the article said corn makes type B folks overweight. But I think coen can make everyone fat.

I guess it is the cellular make up of your blood and the possible correlation between the molecular make up of the food we consume. That's my assumption.
