Eat right for your blood type. I found this website and it is very interesting. I'm B negative and have found that chicken is not good for me. Dude...I can't be without chicken!
Here is the site. Very interesting. http://www.dadamo.com/

Ex-Moderator | I have read about this diet and I've read a lot of opinions that "debunk" it as well.
Here's a skeptic's point of view: http://www.skepdic.com/bl...ediet.html I agree it's interesting, though. |

Jill Scott did this a long while back.
I looked into a bit more, and all the research shows it's just bunk. Good idea, but nothing to back it up.

I've read some stuff on it but I can't really buy into it.
For me, it's "Eat less for all blood types." Do some reading on 'High Fructose Corn Syrup' and that might help clue you in to some of the reasons why obesity is such an epidemic in the US (and now other countries which have adopted HFCS into their products). We're also consuming an average 200 colories more per day per person than we were in the 70s. That's scary.

That's why we have more people developing Diabetes.

Mmmm... what does a blood type have to do with the foods a person eats?
Don't even know my blood type either....hmmm

Don't even know my blood type either....hmmm I guess it is the cellular make up of your blood and the possible correlation between the molecular make up of the food we consume. That's my assumption.
