Six Feet Under [might contain spoilers of course]

Ok, I just finished all seasons of 'Six Feet Under' and just wanted to say how absolutely perfect this show was. It's tough to watch at times but so worth it. If you don't know it, watch it. That's all.

Awesome show! The ending was one of the best endings to a series that I have ever seen.
Very moving.

Absolutely agree. I watched the whole thing within a span of about 3 weeks and I loved it. And it had one the most satisfying series endings I'd ever seen.

yeah great show. David went on to even bigger success, but Nate has struggled to find a new home. He's gotten plenty of opportunities, though.

I was so hooked on that one. There is one moment that I still think of and laugh, when Nate is jogging and he sees the dog and says to it "Lisa?" lol

Actually her death & the aftermath was one storyline that seemed kind of ridiculous & unnecessary.

cool! It reminded me of thirtysomething, uber-sensitive type of show with all the necessary variety of character-types, but I did love it just the same.

I never watched thirtysomething and now that I AM thirtysomething and it's been released on dvd I've been thinking of adding it to my netflix queue. I think you've given it a nice enough review there that I should do it.

I haven't seen thirtysomething since it was on TV. I have no idea if it's good or not!

Just a disclaimer. smile

If that show had run for 20 years, I would have watched every episode. It's crazy how into that show I was. HBO knows how to write 'em. The final episode ripped me to shreds! bawl

What? That was one of the most powerful storylines of the show? Nate burying her besides a tree... that was intense.

that part was intense, yeah, but the whole solving of the murder with the suicide seemed a little bit Matlock to me. It all happened so fast.

Plus how much do these people have to go through? lol

Ok, yes, that part I agree with. I actually would have preferred if they had kept that unclear.
