Favourite Comedy Sketch

Gotta share it....

Not only does it have me in stitches but, it's actually very moving and very telling of the world today.

It's from one of the most innovative sketch shows ever made called Jam but, as with all things on the more artistic side, it went underlooked but, luckily, today it has a strong cult following.

I may post more from the show...

Side bar...

One of my all time favorite comedy sketches.

Steve Martin and Dan Akroyd (DA I'm not positive about)

SNL.

"What the hell is that?"....."I don't know...but take my picture with it."

Funniest!

I'm firmly planted in denial

Those old "Mama's Family" shows are my alltime favorites, especially the even older ones that were sketches on the "Carol Burnett Show", because Eunice and Thelma were like my mother and grandmother to the tee. lol

Ace

Any of Norm MacDonald's SNL sketches (West Side Story parody; guy comes out of coma; Larry King; Letterman; Who's More Grizzled?; Barry Scheck; Men are from Mars, Women are from Venus; etc.). I'm sure none of them are on YouTube - SNL's hypervigilant about getting their stuff taken down.

MIGUELGOMEZ

One of my faves is from SNL. It's Dana Carvey, Sigourney Weaver and Phil Hartman. It's the CHOPPING BROCOLLI SKETCH. I can't find it on YOUTUBE.

Found it on HULU. Phil Hartman's expressions are hysterical.

My dad would laugh so hard at those sketches, the tears would just roll down his face. This is one of his favorites...

We don’t mourn artists because we knew them. We mourn them because they helped us know ourselves.
