Doesn't it smell good? Folks who live in places where it's never winter won't understand this, but it's been in the 60s the last few days in Wisconsin (first time this spring)...and it smells so goooood! All the snow has melted, the frost is out of the ground, and you can actually smell the sunshine.
I took the trash out last night and the sky was so clear you could see a zillion stars (even in the city). Even though it was chilly, I sat outside for a few minutes just breathing and smelling the air. Of course, it's going to snow this weekend. We don’t mourn artists because we knew them. We mourn them because they helped us know ourselves.

It has smelled like spring here the last few days. I even smelled fresh cut grass yesterday

Out here in the country (near where I work), folks have been burning brush the last few days, too. I lovethat smell. We don’t mourn artists because we knew them. We mourn them because they helped us know ourselves.

It's in the 60s here in NYC as well today. Yesterday was wonderful too. I spent most of both days outside playing in the sunshine, and yes, it smells good. Even New York smells good in the spring. This is also the weather in which I break out my two favorite springtime albums: Prince and Sheila E. (both of their self-titled albums). It's very, very nice.

It smells nice here... fresh and clean the salt in the air makes it fresher...that is right before my allergies kick in a few weeks and keep me congested until the rank smell from all the dead jelly fish clear my sinuses again by June.

For me, spring in Holland always means the smell of manure wafting through the air from all the surrounding farms and fields. I love it. It started this week. "I saw a woman with major Hammer pants on the subway a few weeks ago and totally thought of you." - sextonseven

Of course, it's going to snow this weekend. Your neighbor saw you and reported your weird ass to the neighborhood watch.

I work in a small town in the midwest...and get to smell the "dairy air" in the spring, too. We don’t mourn artists because we knew them. We mourn them because they helped us know ourselves.

Here in the southern US state in which I live (SC), we are expecting a high of 76 tomorrow, and 78 on Saturday, with sunshine each day. My hydrangeas are already budding out. Late winter/early spring in the South is just lovely....

THIS smells SO good:
From the site: None of us can resist the mouth-watering, honey-toffee fragrance of Honey I Washed the Kids soap, so we made it into a solid perfume that we can take wherever we go! Cocoa butter melts together with japan and carnauba wax to create a solid perfume that softens onto the skin and stays put. Hints of sweet orange and bergamot essential oils will make you smile whenever you take a sniff.
