No way, paper clips? What is wrong with some people?
Not too long ago they found out here in Finland, that there was this doctor who had never passed the necessary exams in order to be a qualified doctor. What is most amazing about this is that when they hired this guy, they never bothered to do any backup check on him. It turned out all the papers and evidence he had to prove he really was a doctor turned out to be very carefully made fakes with stamps and everything. Later, the necessary authorities did a random check on other doctors and they found even more similar incidents.
