Anyone see "Brooklyn's Finest" yet?

I don't know what I think about this movie. It was okay, not my favorite. Though Don Cheadle's performance was excellent as always, it was great to see Wesley in something..I've missed him, kinda. Richard Gere's character reminded me of Sly's character in "Cop Land", and Ellen Barkin is aging badly...though her performance was great because she made me mad as hell. confused Anyone else see this yet?

Just tell me if it's worth spending more than $5 for a ticket to see it during the daytime.

lol Ummmmm.....????? I don't know. Don Cheadle's performance alone is worth the $5. Does that help you any?

Well it's better to check it out for yourself, just don't pay the full ticket price, go at matinee or wait for the dvd. Like I said, Don Cheadle's performance is about the only great thing about the movie...that and seeing Wesley, if you are a Wesley fan that is, but that's about it.

Most likely, I'll FINALLY see on Saturday, 3/12/2010. But the user reviews from Yazoo are very divided, combine total grade of C+.

Looks interesting but I've walked out on two Wesley Snipes movies. lol
He's like the action-thriller version of Kevin Costner to me---UGH.

Its a pretty good movie. Nothing amazing, but I enjoyed it.

Its like "Crash"-meets-"In Too Deep"-meets-"meets-"Training Day"....literally. Its told from the perspectives of a money-hungry cop with a rookie partner, a cop whose undercover as the partner of a druglord and a sucidical cop getting ready to retire.

The trailer is lil misleading tho, its got people thinking its another New Jack City cause Wesley's in it.

Yes I did. I was a little disappointed with the way the story ended. As a whole, Brooklyn's Finest does for law enforcers what Menace II Society once did for thugs, gang bangers, & hustlers.

The reviews from Yahoo user critics was more misleading to me than the movie trailer. Good thing I didn't listen to them! cool
