I have to wear heels now, my legs hurt when i wear flats. I've been walking in heels since i was 12 years old. | |

A few weeks ago at the Mariah Carey concert,I was close to dropping down and crawling across the parking lot I used to wear heels everyday,I stopped because I do lots of walking. But now when I put a pair on,Im in pain 3 hours later. Do I have to train my feet or something?  So many cute shoes...but I dont even bother with them.

[Edited 3/15/10 16:34pm] the only heels i now wear are a small one on a pair of boots. Flats all the way.....heel spurs/arthritis/back issues put paid to heels a looong time ago seems that i was busy doing something close to nothing, but different than the day before   | |

I used to be able to wear heels 4" and up, but not anymore. The highest I will go now is 3" and that's only if I'm not going to be doing a lot of walking or standing. Getting old is a dog! | |
