Using that pumice stone thingy on my feet daily. Since I moved to Europe, the air is so dry where I live, my keeping my skin hydrated is a constant battle and keeping my feet from chafing is a NIGHTMARE. I have small feet with nice nail beds, but every 3 days the bottom of my feet feel like SANDPAPER lol . Back in the States I lived in Miami Beach and that tropical weather kept my skin in check...and anytime my feet got wacky at least I could go to the Korean homegirls' salon to get these puppies, peeled, scraped, & razor-bladed..and dor 10 Doallah :headbang : Now it's just me and my lowly pumice rock, trying to keep my feet from turning into Wilma Flinstone's bawl

I SOOOOO know what you mean. The sand from the beach used to keep my feet so soft and lovely. Now they are dry and constantly need attention. It is frustrating, I have always had pretty feets.
sigh

We don’t mourn artists because we knew them. We mourn them because they helped us know ourselves.

I would do the same thing if I ever had a pedicure.

yeah...esp since i have rather sensitive skin, it's nice for like a day, then starts growing back and being REALLY uncomfortable. When I have the money, it's ALL about the laser hair removal. Everything but the eyebrows and top of head.

I am your female equivolent. My last boyfriend called me "his little chia pet" fortunately our daughter favors her father in her looks. She has blonde hair and blue eyes so even if she gets bushy it won't be as circus-lady crazy as my brown/black hair against my pale olive skin.

Despite the jungle I must fight my way threw with only a tiny razor (It's like washing the floor with a toothbrush) it's still not my worst task. That would be my stinky feet. I think my toes are too close together - I will say no more. Anyway they are a thankless task sometimes. With spring coming up I will need to get on the ball with a complete foot makeover.
There came a time when the risk of remaining tight in the bud was more painful than the risk it took to blossom. Anais Nin.
