RIP. I love Silver Bullet. Thank you! I love that movie. I was a big Stephen King fan back in the high school years. I loved Cycle of the Werewolf, and I thought the movie did the book justice. I remember the book being almost like an illustrated novel of sorts. It was a different size, and wasn't a typical King book. Haim was good in the movie. It was only his 3rd movie, and probably the first thing I remember him starring in. (The Lost Boys was a good two years later, after an apparent growth spurt.)

Very sad-Silver Bullet was my movie. To be honest I always thought Feldman would die first-they both had terrible histories with drugs. May his soul rest in peace

State authorities say Corey Haim had fraudulent prescription linked to major drug ring at 19:46 on March 12, 2010, EDT. By Anthony Mccartney, THE ASSOCIATED PRESS Corey Haim is shown in a scene from "Crank: High Voltage." Haim, a 1980s teen heartthrob for his roles in "Lucas" and "The Lost Boys" whose career was blighted by drug abuse, died Wednesday, March 10, 2010. He was 38. THE ASSOCIATED PRESS/Lions Gate Entertainment, Justin Lubin LOS ANGELES - Authorities say actor Corey Haim had a fraudulent prescription when he died that was linked to a major drug ring. The California Attorney General's Office said Friday it was investigating the drug ring and how the Toronto-born actor obtained the prescription. The agency offered few details in a news release and a spokesperson did not immediately return a call seeking more information. Coroner's officials in Los Angeles County, where Haim died Wednesday, say four prescription drug bottles in the actor's name were found in an apartment where he collapsed. The coroner's office has declined to state what medications were found, but said no illegal drugs were discovered. Haim battled addiction for years. He gained fame after starring in 1980s flicks "The Lost Boys" and "Lucas." It appears Haim will be buried in his native city. Marc Haislip, his manager, tells UsMagazine.com that Haim's family wants to do the burial "back home" in Toronto. Haislip adds there will be a second memorial in Los Angeles. ©The Canadian Press, 2010 Ohh purple joy oh purple bliss oh purple rapture! It was a little too much to stomach seeing Feldman, who also had his own demons, rub it in Haim's face that he has it together now and has a wife...and that was suppose to be his best friend. wow It was sickening. I only watched the show for Haim. There was an episode where Feldman told Haim that there was going to be a Lost Boys 2 or something and that he was in it but Haim would not be. Haim just broke down and it was so sad. What I heard through some folk on the B-movie circuit was that Feldman did some wheeling and dealing to keep Haim out of the flick so that he could get a fatter paycheck for himself. Just a rumor but stuff like that does happen in this biz. Just so you know, The Two Coreys was a little scripted reality TV series. Even THIS^ shocking episode was not 100% real! And it's also a good example that both men were THE most underrated acting duo of all-times. [Edited 3/12/10 21:42pm]

Now THIS^ episode from Season 2 of The Two Coreys looked too close to reality. This was more of a shoot. [Edited 3/12/10 22:20pm]
