What kind of bitch are you? Found on the floor of a third grade classroom in DC...
We don’t mourn artists because we knew them. We mourn them because they helped us know ourselves.

I can't say that I'm surprised, the things children hear and see in their homes and communities. No good can come from this, none.

In 3rd grade I was making houses for dead bugs and paper dolls and learning those playground rhyme/handclapping games. "I saw a woman with major Hammer pants on the subway a few weeks ago and totally thought of you." - sextonseven

I was all proud of myself because I could spell "transportation." I doubt I'd ever heard the word "bitch." We don’t mourn artists because we knew them. We mourn them because they helped us know ourselves.

I was all proud of myself because I could spell "transportation." I doubt I'd ever heard the word "bitch." I don't think I had either. My memories of 3rd grade include those that I have already listed, and of making huge snow sculptures in the playground and of having huge dreams of living in a penthouse apartment with an indoor pool w/ a slide someday. I guess it was the only thing I could think of that I wanted if I had money or something. I must have been influenced by some TV show I was watching at the time. And we KNOW this came from a 3rd grade class in DC how??? Has a teacher or principal at this school confirmed this? It's really easy for some of ya'll to believe this would be true. I wonder why?

I must admit, I wasn't the least bit surprised when I read this was found on the floor of a D.C. classroom; however, it makes me profoundly sad. Seems like there is no more innocence left in this world except for newborns, perhaps. Hell, by the time some of these kids are talking, the first words out of their mouths are muthafucka and bitch. I don't know what the next generation of kids will be like...Lawd help us.

Again, how do we KNOW that is true? It wouldn't be the first time somebody lied about something on the internet to cast certain people in a bad light. That's a long list of ANYthing for a 3rd grader to write. Until I hear/read/see a principal or teacher confirm that they found it I'm calling bullshit.

I'd put the age more like 12-13 - what grade would that be?
