But we have a REALLY nice racetrack here with an awesome restaurant overlooking the track. So I organized a "big hat" event for 20 ladies the day of the Derby. So we're gonna eat, drink, and watch the races in the comforts of AC. Hopefully, it will get some of them open to the idea of actually going next year. | |

Well, what u got planned sounds fun too!!  I'm really looking forward to it. I love going to the track, but without having to be outside. I don't do outside, especially in a Texas summer. I'm looking forward to catching an afternoon buzz and laughing at my nutty friends all while looking fabulous! I can't wait to get my hat made. | |

When I wear white pumps with a black dress....
Dudes be staring hard and getting that "please talk to me" look in their eyes. It's almost scary. 
I don't get the same effect however, when I wear black pumps with a white dress. Usually they don't say or do shit.
