I told my eldest (9.5 years old, will probably be 10 before movie hits DVD) and he is really REALLY excited about this!! The wimpy kid books are a big fave with him.

my son has all the books..even the one where you fill in the blanks and make your own story...he's read them all multiple times and literally laughs out loud while he's reading...I'm reminded almost everyday that we will be going to see this movie the day its released...
