haha.. in my old company when I hung out with my co-workers they were all younger designers.. actually the ppl I hang out with here are more younger than me, although I get on with all ppl and all age groups but the former do forget or dont realise I am older than them - which is a blessing and some younger folks do look older than me!
Thanks Mumk for the good genes

But still! I am aging.. neutral

OMG Mach, I replied to your post without looking who you were!!
But its all true
I still feel like I am 22.. (acting like I am 12 sometimes lol) but never ever feel my age, until my bones creak and my silvers shine and poke fun at me when I look in the mirror reminding me.. but still.. no regrets.. smile hug

- I also have the "morticia streak"... I dyed, but the color didn't take to that patch of silver in the front. confused

- I fractured my ankle in Jan, and the doctor said, "You should start taking calcium". doh!

I'm 42, and I feel young for the most part, but disbelief

I'm 40. I've been grey since 29. I do not color my hair and never will. I look better than I ever have now. I feel better than I ever have. I have no fear in aging because I really don't care about it. I can't do anything about so it doesn't keep me up nights. If I continue to take care of myself, I can live into my 90s and be self-sufficient like my grandmother and her sisters were.

I felt old a little while back, and I'm only 28, but right now I feel that age, not younger, but fit and strong with it. I know very soon I'm going to be in better shape than I was when I was 18 so I'm cool with how I am as I near 30.

That is something that also has been happening since my late 20s. There is nothing happening to me that I attribute to being 40 or getting older. I'm already anxious about other things and if I let getting older bother me, I'd go absolutely insane.

I'm finally starting to show my age. I've got a bags under my eyes to deal with. neutral

My boobs are not what they used to be. neutral

I get called "ma'am" all the time. neutral

Still, so far it's better than the alternative.

I haven't had any grey hair yet, but I've been coloring since I was 15. I will be coloring until I die, I may not even really notice. (I do scrutinize my roots, though.)

I feel a little older than my age. I have a bum shoulder thanks to a sports injury that makes me feel a little older than my years. And I've always had "bad knees". They just get sore and stay sore pretty easily with any sort of vigorous activity. Nothing has really been diagnosed except a possible inflammation in the tendons or whatever.

I think my inability to sprout a grown man's beard is the one thing keeping me close to looking my age.

well considering many of the orgers were around and were either in their late teens or early twenties (some older), when prince became famous via purple rain and the earlier controversy era -released october 1981,
so we are dealing with some folk that are about ready to start receiving their aarp correspondences, and or about ready to get those "senior discount" priviledges.
as for me, i was just a babe when the prince era started. okay! lol

all it takes is a bottle of clairol, some geritol, a bottle of focus factor, some good multi-vitamins and a healthy lust for life to stay young.

oh, and don't forget to stay in touch with your inner child. giggle
Live life as though each moment is as precious & beautiful as a rainbow after a spring rain. b positive, creative, kind, productive, resourceful & respectful of humankind, & feel free 2 know that U-R-A star. i can feel it when u shine on me nod

What's scaring me is the realization that I won't ever have kids. It's never been a goal of mine and when I think about it rationally I'm still about 95% sure I don't want any in the future, but I'm turning 35 this year, so it's really now or never. And it's clearly not happening now. lol

I just hate the idea of it not being an option anymore. sad
