Still love this movie. Oh, man, you had to go there! I wish I could post a picture of what I looked like back in the 80s! Really funny, with big permed hair, shoulder pads, power suits for women, and, of course, the above gear from Flashdance for "exercise" that women wore on a regular basis! So funny! But also equally funny that I now see young women in their twenties and thirties this past year wearing similar fashions! Bright colors and leggings, anyone? | |

My babysitter was a huge influence on me and would give me these big bright earrings that she didn't want and she made me hair bands out of bright tights - I effing loved those things!
