Hi ya'll!

I don't usually post in this area because I'm shy about posting personal stuff. But I am fairly recently single again in my 40-ish age and I could use some advice about dating again (don't tell me to try someone younger cause I already did!) At my age, I am trying to do better than my past history--just went through a divorce from the "love of my life" I'd been with off and on with for twenty years, had the rebound, and I am now all right being single. I am wondering what suggestions people can offer besides the obvious (join an internet dating site--like my friend did and end up with losers). Especially in a major city with a younger population. Would like to hear what like orgers did in this scenario or what they would do. Suggestions, jokes, personal stories, advice all welcome!
