The worst smell ever!

What is the worst smell ever, besides Get Wild perfume?

For me, despite all the terrible things I have smelled,
I would have to say rotting flesh.

I used to think vomit was the worst, but after having
my nephews constantly throw up on me (my oldest nephew
used to throwup every time he got upset--...on me...
on my car...on my carpet...on my couch... on all my stuff. neutral

So I kind of got used to it.

But today, I passed a dead rat about the size of a small
dog, and it smelled...well, not so fresh obviously.

It was hideous smelling.

It got me thinking, this has to be the worst smell ever!

But then I thought to myself... what is the worst smell ever?
I mean, besides Get Wild perfume that is. confuse

I'd have to say rotting flesh is definitely up there. It's got that mix of putrid and sweet that's just gagatrocious.

In my job, I have to deal with human feces a great deal, sometimes nowhere near a toilet. That's pretty bad too.
It's what you make it.

Have you ever tried it raw?

It's actually quite good raw.
There's a recipe where you basically put it in a food processor, with some dill seeds, pepper, sea salt, and olive oil, and blend until it has the consistency of mashed potatoes. It's the raw-vegan version of 'mashed potatoes', and it's delicious. But it doesn't taste or smell anything like it does cooked, which I admit is not my favorite smell in the world. lol

I actually don't like the smell of cooked carrots, though I wouldn't rank it as one of the worst smells ever. I also don't like the smell of steamed ocra, though fried ocra smells kind of nice.

I hate the smell of carrots cooking. But slap some butter on 'em and I eat them up.

Last spring I was adjusting the carburator jets on my motorcycle and took it for a test drive. It died on me right beside a well rotted raccoon. I tried to hold my breath as I kicked and kicked at it. Finally I pushed it a good distance away from the worst smell ever.

I worked at an auto parts store where one busy saturday an old man shit himself, and then walked up and down every aisle looking for his wife leaving a trail behind him. I was hung over and just ran away.

I agree rotting flesh is tops, and I bet we're hard-wired to think it's so bad as a survival mechanism.

Also up there is old piss -- as in an unkept public washroom or somewhere a cat has sprayed.

And sulphur. feeling ill

Cooked broccoli and certain greens smell like straight-up caca until your brain knows what's producing those scents.

When I was little and lived on Siapan, the island used to have tons.. I mean TONS of frogs. They would always get run over by cars and such, so on a hot summers morning, the air would be thick with the smell of sweet berries and rotted frog flesh. lol

When my mom and aunt went to a nearby pond in the woods to look for wild water crest, along the trail on morning, I smelled that 'rotted' smell as well, but it was ..... different. More... salty... more complex in it's mix of decaying smells and overall stench... we ended up spotting a dead cow about 10 feet from the trail. It had been hacked and butchered (obviously by starving islanders who kidnapped it from local farmer in the area). The scene was much more horrifying than the smell, which itself was bad enough.

...I think I was 6 years old. lol

I went to refill my water jugs tonight near where I live, and as I approached the water vending machine, no less than 6 or 7 rats scurried away from me. It looked like that scene from Bram Stoker's Dracula where the Count disintegrates into little rats that scurry along the floor. lol

But you should appreciate the countless bigass rats here---they eat the countless bigass roaches. lol

I'm working on it.

I joined the Org Wine Club last night.

I should have a report in 30 minutes or so.
Studies have shown the ass crack of the average Prince fan to be abnormally large. This explains the ease and frequency of their panties bunching up in it.

OMG, I know what a dead raccoon smells like.

I was jogging around MacDill Air Force base one day and decided to go a different path than I normally go, by the 'snow bird camp' on base. Well, I just so happened to jog past a dead racoon that had been run over by a car, beside the dumpster, which was full of freshly decaying carbage. I was panting from jogging so it wasn't like I could hold my breath.
