JW's just ruined-interrupted my impromptu concert!

Walk On by U2 was next, real loud and I was just getting ready to tear that muther up in front of my cats singing my heart out on a Saturday morning and the JW's rang the doorbell and wouldn't leave..kept knockin..I had to stop and get more dressed and answer it. They only took a few secs and were gracious as I was but they messed up my momnetum..its embarassing when a band messes up (but cool) and they have to start a song again and so is doing your own acting a fool thing. Dang it! We call this next one Kite...

That bad, huh? big grin You'd think that would've driven those JWs away, but they're really trained well aren't they?

You should have put The Rainbow Children real loud. "Listen... this one's already converted. Let's go."

That's even better. In fact, we should all have TRC cdrs ready for the next time they come knocking. Say "Here.. this is music from a fellow witness... It's like the soundtrack of your magazine."

I just try to convert them to the Jedi religion. It doesn't piss 'em off, but it sure has them scratching their heads!

Seriously though, most JWs are actually rather corteous, and will leave if you tell them to. Try kindness, it will take you much further

It could be worse RD... I got a phone call at 4.30 am this morning long distance from a (very drunk) friend back in Dublin (a Prince fan, and an orger... you know who you are).

Hell, I'd NEVER answer the phone at 4.30am but my poor wife couldn't bear the ringing and answered, and in turn got me up.

My whole schedule for the day was fucked from there on in.
