OK guys, I have been living in the USA now since last December and I am currently driving around on my UK Drivers Licence, but with my husband sitting beside me teaching me, and our car is insured in my name, which results in a very high monthly Insurance bill, because of 2 reasons - A) I am a Foreign Driver and not driving on a US Licence and, B) I havent passed my Driving test and got a US, and in particular, a Minnesota Drivers Licence yet!! In order for the monthly Insurance premium to be considerably reduced, I need to actually study the Drivers Manual Book and then take my written and practical driving test!!!

Anyway, what I am asking is, can I obtain a Minnesota Drivers Manual Handbook online, and if so, where, so that I can study it for the written test??
