I play finger-stylist guitar player and my nails on my right hand need to be long. I can use a finger-pick if need be for my thumb but my index finger, the nail splits all the time. Then I have to cut it down etc.....

Ladies, err.. guys any tips on how to maintain strong nails? Thanks.
