Today I m going for a walk along a disused railtrack and then to an art exhibition about carnivals in Italy.

Recently I ve also messed around with plasticine, been to the fun fair and read Sherlock Holmes, all for fun and giggles.

I go somehwere...anywhere...either with family or friends or both...could be shopping, a game, a concert, a party, or could be just "goin' & lookin'"...

Read, listen to music, go to shows, dvds, cook!, play with my kitties, "socialize" online, walk around my lovely city...

Last night I went to the monthly Midnight Movie Society shindig where my favorite local DJ spun psychedelic and sunshine pop from about '68-'72 for a few hours, had a champagne cocktail and then was treated to some truffle-oil drizzled kettle corn as we watched Beyond the Valley of the Dolls. Oh - and I dressed the part, with bouffant-y hair, one of my vintage purses and a whole inspired get-up.

Tonight I'm hosting about 10 people at my condo for a small pre-bar before we go see one of my favorite-est bands since high school (who I've seen a zillion times) do an acoustic set. Since the band is kinda alternative country rock-ish, I'll be serving beer and brown liquor and a friend is bringing homemade Guiness chocolate cupcakes. I'm trying to decide what kind of munchies to offer and think I might head down to the middle eastern deli downstairs for some hummus and baba ganouj and pitas and maybe some olives and feta too...

Today:

Putting new u-joints in one of my jaguars

siphoning a banana wine I made

making marmelade

drinking wine

watching a movie

having sex with my wife
