Waiting, for forever if need be wanting a love that lingers and lasts inextricably
Never pulled apart never torn down, causing shifty eyes to settle on one and never be a summary of someone else-for what you find cannot be found in another.
Holding on to forever is a waste of tyme
Good will to men who love only one woman
Meeting the demands of receiving and giving
Making it through the hard lines on the page
Conserving their energy with determination
To save themselves for that special someone
No notion of interfering with another’s goals
Knowing what they want keeping it for themselves
Sharing the physical with one at a tyme
Understanding the laws of god, forgetting what honey next to you just said
Visualizes forever when you’re together, and it fails, it wasn’t love that broke your heart, you chose the wrong one to love. Your first decision isn’t always your last. It goes on as in all things and tyme unbidden by trial and error is tyme forever forgotten.

i think of everything i have written that line resurfaces the most and makes tha most sense...

i forget many things but the trials and errors remain...ergo providing experience and wisdom should i happen upon that prospect again...
alas many have come and gone from this life from this world (and to be selfish, from my life and my world) i remember few but my memory is long - those are the ones that changed me whether for good or bad right or wrong... these things i shall heed... and i shall pass this way no more!!

Well I am a angry, bitter, a little deranged – too

look at the lines they tell the truth
bending over backwards to make it all fit
falling victim to unattainable goals

bitter resentment when I fail
shunning the world I take all the blame
harboring no illusions that something could have been changed
I accept this lot with all it’s have and have not’s
expected no more than what I’ve got
sarcastic reminders that this is not a perfect world
trying to stay focused on the work at hand
losing my integrity with every stand
cradling fragile hopes close to heart
daring to keep dreaming even in the wake
of an open spiraling abyss, that threatens to consume me
in a furnace that’s getting to damn hot!!!
standing on the promises that my moma told me
the ones her moma sold her, wondering
exactly who was the fool here, I believe I am
so as I cast myself from shore to shore
of you I beg, that you share an uncommon mile
with some that you know and other’s you surely won’t
give a piece of life that isn’t easily replaced
I implore that you spend a minute a day
smiling at someone who has lost
their way...

Hope is all gone
Fore’ I am the vanquished warrior am I not?
Have my battles with depression not convoluted all that I could be?
Gone is the will to fight the desperation, I have nothing left
leave me now allow me the dignity to do the rest
to do myself in, to give burden an excursion
to let depravity play, you mean to give me a reason why I must press forward
Ah my children a low blow you mean to take
means naught in this land
my family and friends think I must be a gifted writer
but to me I seem nothing more than an absolute failure
I have given my soul to the text and art of poetry
and of this tribute I have attained little else
other than insanity. These words that linger on paper
for you to read and others to cherish aren’t any more than what they
appear to be:
words of the life that flows through my blood,
the air that I breathe into my lungs
the dirt I cleanse myself of
the people that have walked in and out of my world
and the dreams that have been left here to die, with the rest of me.
