i know, lung stuff is awful. you should have seen how much i hated the vader mask they strapped to my face constantly for the first week i was in the hospital with a collapsed lung. it would just constantly blow air really hard into my nose and mouth. it was like living in a hurricane. it was hideous.

how are you guys on insurance? is this reform gonna help?

I have insurance, but it only pays part. I have huge bills and lots of big copays besides that.

The reform won't help me right now, but I'm hoping it will when I go out on my own and purchase insurance as a self-employed person with preexisting conditions.

the vader mask sucked, but they brought me a magnadoodle to communicate with. i would be scribbling furiously fast as people would talk. it was like trying to org in real time.
