The Youtube channel I found this clip at features some stuff the creators of the channel found at yardsales and flea markets across the USA, some really weird and cheesy videos which they have compiled to sell on DVDs... Some REALLY "special" stuff there, like this clip from an exercise video featuring former porn star Traci Lords... like the description says: old habits die hard lol :
