Hmmmm, generally any part of it is great - especially all family times.

Some special times I like for myself are:

1. Early Saturday morning, like 7:30 AM, when I go out and get donuts. I like being the only one on the road
2. When I lay down in bed and put on a comedy to fall asleep to
3. My morning workout
4. Getting to the church really early Sunday morning and setting up my stage
5. And ditto Monday evenings, getting ready for rehearsal

Lately, I've been doing an on-site freelancing gig. It's a little over a four-mile walk each morning when I go in. I put on my iPod and walk, and it's incredibly relaxing, even in the cold.

Every mon - friday morning at 5:45 am my husband kisses my cheek and tells me he loves me and to have a nice day ~ that's over 21 yrs worth unless he is out of state on business ...

every moment spent with my children ~ which is becomming fewer and fewer ...

My daily ritual/bath

cooking with my family or friends

GRANDKIDS

Meditation/prayer/Reiki/ritual ... time

everymoment with my parents

Probably the last hour before my daughter goes to bed. It's usually all free time where she and I just get to hang out with no interruptions. Baths are done, homework is done, dinner and cleanup is done. Nothing but us hanging out and being lazy.

Depends on the day of the week and the time of year.

On weekends, I love the morning. A good cup of coffee, some freshly-baked bread for breakfast, reading something-or-other. Sometimes my BFF comes over to share coffee with me.

On weekdays, I enjoy riding light rail to and from work, and I like having dinner and watching the previous night's Daily Show/Colbert.

At work itself, I particularly enjoy drawing blood and placing IV catheters. Very satisfying.

On any day, I enjoy bathtime and walking.

In the summer, gardening and/or swimming in the lake is the greatest thing ever.

After 9 PM. Even if I didn't get much done during the day, I can safely assure myself that it's already starting to be too late to get that stuff done anyway.

The best part of the day for me is waking up next to my boyfriend.
And noticing that he is still holding me the same way he did when we fell asleep.

other than that, it varies day to day...

the morning. I love the morning sky, I love the morning bird-song, I love peanut butter on toast for breakfast, I love the bath or shower, I love brushing my teeth, I love walking the streets with only a few fellow souls around, I love chatting to folk in the shops who get ignored for the rest of the day, I love the morning.

morning and night. afternoons get me down. i really hate them

when I get home from work...everybody seems to love me just a bit more for a lil' while....
