Movie Help

I was trying to recommend a movie to a friend. I can't think of the name.

I THOUGHT David Arquette was in it as the lead, but I could not find it on IMDB or Wikipedia.

He is a withdrawn, shy adult, living in the guest house of his brother and sister-in-law (or sister and brother-in-law). He eventually finds a RealDoll and pretends she's real. It's his only way of having a girlfriend. Oddly, the town and family end up going along with it, taking her (in a wheelchair) out to appointments and such. He also goes to a psychiatrist, who actually encourages people to go along with the whole thing in order for the guy to get rid of some of his shyness.

I could not find anything on David's IMDB page, and I looked back a few years. I swear it's Arquette, but I could be wrong I guess.

Anyone???
