When I'm alone, I either watch a Star Trek episode, post some shit on here or listen to music. Sometimes I go and take Delilah (one of my guitars) and just play with her until I fall alseep with her in my arms.


I also always have to drink a lot before I fall asleep. I wake up twice/three times a night just to drink. Without water I won't fall asleep.




Forgot the most important thing: Whatever I do, whoever I'm with - I always have at least a glass of red wine in the evening. But not right before I go to bed.
