I listen to podcasts almost every night now (usually "Jordan, Jesse, GO!", sometimes "The Splendid Table". . . stuff I don't mind missing the last half of). Basically to distract me from my own thoughts so I can fall asleep.

I should have said, "I run everyone out of the house."

Either I go right to sleep after I decide to turn in or I have a quick think about trying to stay humble, honest and keep things simple so that I might wake up in that frame of mind.
