Within this past week has someone touched your life in a special way or has anyone done something kind and unexpected for you?

Let's see...

My son drew me a picture of a castle for me in school on Tuesday, telling me that was where I belonged. Kids!

My daughter did my hair and make-up Wednesday and let me tell you, a day at her beauty parlor is an experience unlike any other!

Sag reminded me throughout the week, without really knowing, that I can be strong. This woman is something else and I admire her.

Tony included me in something the he did last night that I really enjoyed, and I am sure it was done to cheer me up, as it was something that he knows I love... and I did.

The neighbor guy came over and "caught" me this morning while I was taking my son to the bus stop and tried to shove vitamins down my throat for some reason. Finally I said "NO!, I have to go!"... A small victory for me as I really have a difficult time saying no.

And... every day, numerous times a day, my mom called me and e-mailed me (over and over) to make sure I was okay.

Yes, this week my 4 year old nephew (who has been hitting at school) said this boy hit him first today.

I asked him what he did after the boy hit him, and he said:

'I run-ded!'

While I was alone at work, doing a job that could keep three persons busy, he was so kewl to entertain me with positivity and fun remarks.

I think I'm really getting the idea now...it's not so much that I can 'do' something to feel touched in my life, it's about being 'open' to others... and that feels incredibly wonderful to achieve.

My friends Kristine and May...such loving, wonderful people and I'm lucky to have them in my life

My niece who is 42 calls me every morning to tell me that she loves me!

My big sister, she always touches my soul..

AnotherLover, CarrieCee, Azzie, WB you know my story and have been a great support to me..

And finally my Mom she is 79 and she still says "fuck"
she is so in and on the ball.

Nobody has done that in a long long time
I guess I hanging around the wrong people.

There's this girl at work that I am really interested in getting to know better. She's an artist, but she's shy about anyone seeing her work. We got to talking, and I told her I write poetry and we agreed that if I show her my poems, she's invite me over to see her artwork.

So, I gave her my poetry before my days off, and today I'll get to see her and find out what she thought. I'm kinda nervous about it. I have no problem posting them online, but this is someone I know! I'm just hoping I've touched her life!
