I just started taking a multi vitamin, B-12, acidophilus & probiotic, not sure if it's making a difference though.

I take Omega 3 and a multivitamin every day. I believe the Omega 3 has helped with my mood.

May I ask how much you take each day? My bottle says 1-3 softgels a day, but right now I'm only taking one a day and I'm probably going to bump that up to two per day but I'm not sure...
I take two 1200mg softgels a day.

I used to buy GNC's "MegaMan" multi's...then I found the Vitamin Shoppe and for less money you get the same content.

I am having a slice of chocolate creme pie that a co-worker brought in...I'm sure it has 150% of all the recommended daily servings of essential vitamins and minerals.

I do, but honestly I don't know if they make any difference. Mostly now I just take a multi, but I have tried all sorts in the past. If they make a difference it's so subtle that you have to take them on faith to some degree

Generic multivitamin, glucosamine, and chromium. I do have some fish oil tablets and I probably should take those since I don't eat enough fish. Having IBS makes it kinda....uncomfortable....to take too many pills, but so far these are not tearing me up too bad smile

I take a multi vitamin when I remember. I was just researching Vit D last night.
I have been really struggling this winter with the lack of sunlight.
I came across this product:

Solgar Mood Box

* Product code: SOLGAR/E4215
* Size: 1 Box
* Price: £25.00

Product Description:
Solgar Sunshine Box

Solgar has brought together their best selling feel-good essentials: 5-HTP 30’s, Rhodiola 30’s and vitamin D3 90’s.

5-Hydroxytryptophan (5-HTP) is a naturally occurring amino acid, a precursor to the neurotransmitter serotonin and an intermediate in tryptophan metabolism. It is has been traditionally used as an antidepressant, appetite suppressant, and sleep aid.

Rhodiola rosea may have beneficial effects in managing mild to moderate depression and mental fatigue.

Vitamin D3 is a g fat-soluble molecule which is also known as cholecalciferol. Vitamin D obtained from sun exposure, food, and supplements, is biologically inert and must undergo two hydroxylation reactions to be activated in the body.

To brighten up your day, Solgar’s Sunshine in a box also includes the newly published book The Vitamin D Cure by James E. Dowd, MD and Diane Stafford. This complimentary book (worth £9.99) tells you all you need to know about this year’s most talked about health supplement.

Purchase Solgar Sunshine in a box kit £25.00

This box contains supplements which may also help you regain that feel-good factor. Also included is the newly published The Vitamin D Cure book by James E. Dowd, MD and Diane Stafford.

The Vitamin D Cure

In The Vitamin D Cure, leading rheumatologist and researcher Dr. James Dowd reveals the causes of vitamin D deficiency and offers a simple, easy-to-follow five-step program. You`ll find out how much vitamin D you need and how to sun and supplement your way to the right D levels``

James E. Dowd, MD., F.A.C.R., is Associate Professor of Medicine at Michigan State University and the founder and director of both the Arthritis Institute of Michigan and the Michigan Arthritis Research Center.

Sometimes simple changes to your lifestyle can make a huge difference to how you feel. Eating the right foods is a step in the right direction to achieving that feel-good factor. Maintain a balanced healthy diet, which includes protein, complex carbohydrates, oily fish, nuts, fruit and vegetables.

If it was not so expensive, I would try it.
I wonder if it would help me feel better.

Multi, B-complex, D, and flax oil (for omega-3s). I tend to alternate days. If I take all of that in the morning or all at once, it makes me queasy.

When I started taking D I stopped getting colds all the time. Coincidence? Dunno.
