May I ask how much you take each day? My bottle says 1-3 softgels a day, but right now I'm only taking one a day and I'm probably going to bump that up to two per day but I'm not sure...

I am having a slice of chocolate creme pie that a co-worker brought in...I'm sure it has 150% of all the recommended daily servings of essential vitamins and minerals. By St. Boogar and all the saints at the backside door of Purgatory!

I do, but honestly I don't know if they make any difference. Mostly now I just take a multi, but I have tried all sorts in the past. If they make a difference it's so subtle that you have to take them on faith to some degree My Legacy

Generic multivitamin, glucosamine, and chromium. I do have some fish oil tablets and I probably should take those since I don't eat enough fish. Having IBS makes it kinda....uncomfortable....to take too many pills, but so far these are not tearing me up too bad

It is has been traditionally used as an antidepressant, appetite suppressant, and sleep aid. Rhodiola rosea may have beneficial effects in managing mild to moderate depression and mental fatigue. Vitamin D3 is a g fat-soluble molecule which is also known as cholecalciferol. Vitamin D obtained from sun exposure, food, and supplements, is biologically inert and must undergo two hydroxylation reactions to be activated in the body. To brighten up your day, Solgar’s Sunshine in a box also includes the newly published book The Vitamin D Cure by James E. Dowd, MD and Diane Stafford. This complimentary book (worth £9.99) tells you all you need to know about this year’s most talked about health supplement. Sometimes simple changes to your lifestyle can make a huge difference to how you feel. Eating the right foods is a step in the right direction to achieving that feel-good factor. Maintain a balanced healthy diet, which includes protein, complex carbohydrates, oily fish, nuts, fruit and vegetables. If it was not so expensive, I would try it. I wonder if it would help me feel better. Anxiety has one and swears by it.

Multi, B-complex, D, and flax oil (for omega-3s). I tend to alternate days. If I take all of that in the morning or all at once, it makes me queasy.
When I started taking D I stopped getting colds all the time. Coincidence? Dunno. "What's 'non-sequitur' mean? Do I look it up in a Fag-to-English dictionary?"
