Anyway, they have all these high-profile speakers - Sarah Palin, Colin Powell, Rudy Giuliani, Zig Ziglar and Lou Holtz. All allegedly live and in person.

It's at the 18,000 seat Toyota Center. Tickets are $19.99. Not apiece - that's for your whole office. I think you can buy a single ticket for $5.

So if it sold out, that's $90,000 in revenue. That won't cover Palin's stated fee, much less the rest of the speakers.

I'm insanely curious as to how this guy is going to cover his costs. I figure it's all a ploy to put the hardsell on for his motivational books and tapes.

Any of y'all ever been to one of these things? What's it like?

And considering the speakers are pretty far-right, should I wear my Bill Clinton t-shirt and see what kind of fun I can have?

Huh. According to their website, they will not sell books, tapes or DVDs. But tickets now are $149 per office.
