Here's some stuff: Lasagna Seafood Gumbo (I've only made it once, but it was damn good for a rookie) Beef & Broccoli Stir Fry Rice Pilaf with slivered Almonds Smothered Potatoes with cheese and onions (like hashed browns, but cut different, bigger and better and lots onions) Scalloped Potatoes Smoked, Grilled Pork Chops Fish Tacos Stir Fry Vegetables Beef Pot Roast Chicken Parmigiana Salmon Croquettes Fried Scallops Cheesecake Lemon Meringue Pie Apple Pie Pecan Pie Lemon Jello Cake Banana Pudding (which I don't make often because I don't really eat much of it - it's for other folks during the holidays) Butterscotch Brownies...  Pasta must be cooked the exact required time, usually not more than 5-7 minutes (depending on pasta type), and then... it helps to drain/rinse with fresh water to wash off the starch, which leaves pasta sticky and mooshy.
 then... proceed into 2the9's sause recipe.
