Thanks! What's cool is the change I can see already. I've always had quite firm abs no matter what shape I've been in because over the last 10 years there have been times when I've done a LOT of crunches, so they're always there, but lately they've been covered up by a combo of little rolls of fat on my gut but also pretty often a big round bulge from being bloated. That bloating has totally gone now I'm stopped drinking beer. Oh, and even though I do need to ultimately put on some weight I've deliberately been eating relatively light meals for the same purpose, to feel more trim and light so as to feel good for working out. Speaking of which, I got up at 6:30am and lifted weights and did my crunches and once Mon and the little one are awake I'm going to hit the exercise bike for 20 minutes. It's like I'm 18 again, only now when I hit 30 I'm going to be even fitter and more healthy.

Keep watching me though, I don't want to slip
