Eat – lots of carbs and sweets
Sleep – I can sleep upwards of 12 hours a night and still nap in the afternoon when I’m down
Watch movies that’ll make me cry – the release is good and it’s nice to cry over something else

That’s about it. If I’m just a little down I’ll try some caffeine to give me energy, throw on my iPod and try going for a walk or getting out of the house. Any change of scenery.

I can do that even if I'm not depressed lol I just love to sleep cloud9

I have the same exact tendencies, and good grief, let's not even touch the carb gorging with me. I have a good assortment of tear jerkers to knock my eyeballs out when I'm feeling down as well.

When I'm sad for whatever reason, I usually go to bed - which is quite strange, because I know a lot of people who can't fall asleep when they are moody.

What about you? Do you play your favourite music, play musical instrument or just do some physical activity like jogging etc.?

I usually just keep on keepin on ~ embracing the moods and working through them

I am usually inspired to look at myself and learn more about me and life through the emotions of life

I try not to push them down or ignore them - they are there for a reason biggrin

florescent

It depends on where I am and what I have to do. If i'm at home with the kids, I turn on some loud music and we all dance around the house like crazy people. It generally works.

If I am alone i'll eat vast amounts of chocolate and maybe watch a film or go for a drive.

If i'm at work I ignore everyone.

I think I do, too.

I don´t understand how someone can sleep during the day. I can´t. I feel so sick afterwards for hours.
