Steve Harvey morning show q?

I decided 2 give radio a shot last week and tuned into the Steve Harvey morning show. During the course of the week they played these so called "crank" calls by newphew Tommy. My question is, who believes that these crank calls are real? The subject matter is always something serious, and people sit and argue over the phone with the caller. It seems so contrived. Any thoughts?

I heard the crank call that Tommy did on his own mother and I felt that, that was real, it was hilarous too.
I will forever love and miss you...my sweet Prince.

One of my faves is when he called Cedric the Entertainer and pretended to be from a mortuary. He told him they had to move his great-aunt's body. At first Cedric thought it was a joke, but Tommy convinced him it was the real deal. He went ballistic! lol
When Tommy said who he really was, he calmly said, "Let me speak to Steve" and the call went off air.
If it WAS real, Cedric wasn't happy... falloff

"Love Hurts.
Your lies, they cut me.
Now your words don't mean a thing.
I don't give a damn if you ever loved me..."
