Between the underwear ads and the soccer stadium strip shows, people's desire to learn more about a particular part of David Beckham's anatomy is no surprise.

However, groping the guy's goods to find out, that takes, well, balls. Not to mention it's just not very cool.

But that's exactly what happened to Becks, who was chatting with the press outside his hotel in Milan when things got all touchy-feely…

Italian TV journalist Elena Di Cioccio, sporting a pair of yellow rubber gloves, took this opportunity to get up close and personal with the star and proceeded to place her palm on Becks' package. (What is it with the Italian journos? Just last year George Clooney got an eyeful at a press conference in Venice.)

Of course, the move on Beckham's manhood didn't go over very well.

As security escorted the stunned soccer stud to his car, Di Cioccio yelled to the crowd, "E piccolo, Beckham!" ("Beckham is small!")
Um, given this kind of behavior, we wouldn't say he's the one who's small.

She's lucky she didn't get her teeth knocked out. Some celebs might have laughed it off, but he didn't look at all amused.

And I bet she'd never have tried that if Mrs. Beckham were around.

Um, this is illegal. It's not funny just cuz it's a guy or a celeb. It's a crime. Imagine if a male reporter put his hand under a female's dress!

He puts his package out there in public and the public values it much. He makes it public. Therefore, he has marketed away his privacy in a sense and is reaping the benefits. For him to get mad at a member of his audience that he entertains and is paid by would be a bit strange. It would be different if he weren't selling his body image. And if he weren't paid well in my opinion, then it would show that he indeed values boundries and privacy of his privates (at least their shape)

It's a choice you can make to sell your personality or image and lose your boundries of self.

I didn't know David Beckham marketed his "package", but I don't see why that would make this stranger groping him okay.

Personally I don't think Beckham suffered very much on the human scale of suffering. What if this happened to 23 celebs in 2010, would it then be as yawningly not shocking as if Howard Stern sent a questioner into a public press conference to ask embarrassing questions? People would have been so outraged about Stern in the 70's. Or 80's. they would have lynched in the 50's.

I am not a fan a David, but this is so .... can´t even describe it. Poor David. If he´d done the same to her, she be suing him for sexual harrassment.
