I've sold out.

I've decided I'm going to get a Korean haircut.

I fought against it. I really did.
I told myself, don't just jump on the bandwagon.

When in Rome, don't just do as the Koreans do.
But here I am... deciding to get a Korean haircut. neutral

The cost of salon service around here is miserably cheap
and there's this one dude that does hair pretty well.

And even though I want to grown my hair out long, I figure
this in-between phase can be mitigated through a Korean-cut
but still allowing for continued growth.

I'm a bit stressed about it, really. I mean, I never really
thought Korean-do's where all that. But here I am....here I am...

here. I. am.

How have you sold out lately?

If you've taught me anything - and believe me, you have - it's not about the hair, it's about the hair care products.

Shit, it kind of reads like a business plan doesn't it? lol

Anyways, I decided to tone down the original style I was going for
and the guy at the saloon obliged.

I can't believe a full service saloon complete with nice ambient
techno music, the lesbian shampoo-artist with the nose ring and
doc martins, and fey hair dressers with messy bleached hair pransing
around only cost the equivalent of 6 US dollars here. lol
Amazing.

I love my hair new hair dresser. And I think he wants me....that way. lurking

It's something you get at a saloon.

I think it's a drink.

It's what you make it.

It's that spikey hero-do that everyone has in the soap operas. I guess that could look kinda cute on Imago, he's done almost everything else with his hair it seems.

'Korean haircut' in Thailand means a very specific set of styles. The Thais take many of their queues from certain Korean stars and singers. They lump it into one category. I'm not really referring to Koreans as whole, but to the category of styles whose invented term in Thailand is used to reference.

Ergo, when I say 'Korean Haircut', I'm referring to a Thai concept.
