ABC's New Show "The Deep End"

Has anyone seen this? It's actually not bad. A lawyer comedy/drama type show. I have to admit, I wouldn't even be watching the show if it wasn't for this man:

and in "The Deep End"

drool drool drool

It's actually pretty good. I don't really have any complaints about it. When I saw the first episode, it left me wanting to see more of "what's going to happen next" and with primetime sitcoms these days, you don't see too many worth watching at all. I say whenever you get time, try to catch it. I know the reruns come on Saturday nights around 8pm (eastern time). Billy Zane's character is a person you love to hate type....I always felt that he was very good at playing villians and asshole types. nod

Yeah she's really good on the show too. I'm glad they seem really cool in real life. Girl I was glad when "Eggs" finally got into another character too with a real name lol. And yes I'm pray too that the show gets picked up. It's one of those shows that needs to stay on the air for 2+ seasons.

I thought I was the only one watching this. I actually fast forward and only stop to watch when Billy Zane and Nicole are on screen. Love his fineness and her smoldering eyes. lol Can't stand the first years.

nod That's what I'm saying, HE IS the show. The chemistry he has with Nicole Ari Parker mixes well. As far as their characters go, she's just as vicious as he is, yet her actions amazingly affects him, where as everybody else's actions he could care less about (unless it's affecting his money biggrin ).

I forget the details but I believe a white actress was originally cast for this role and Nicole had the part of another atty in the firm or something. They fired the other girl for SOME reason and decided to cast Nicole in the part. Glad to see someone in Hollywood do some unconventional casting. thumbs up!

I know, I think that's one of reasons why I love the show too. You see all kinds of different faces in it. And Nicole is perfect for the role too.

I will definitely try to catch this. Hope it finds an audience. I'm still tripping that they're substituting Dallas for LA. lol But I think the producer or creator also produced Prison Break and is from Texas. He moved Prison Break here for 2 years.
