First Amendement WHAT DOES IT SAY? "Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free excercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or the press, or the right OF THE PEOPLE to PEACEABLY assemble and to petition the GOVERNMENT of a redress of grieveness."
HOW DOES the FIRST AMENDMENT PROTECT RELIGION? IN two ways. It prohibits the GOVERNMENT from creating a STATE RELIGION or giving support to any or all religions. This is called the "ESTABLISHMENT CLAUSE". The "FREE EXERCISE CLAUSE" prohibits the GOVERNMENT from interfering when PEOPLE CHOOSE to excercise THEIR RELIGION AS THEY WISH. WHY does the Establishment Clause prohibit prayer in PUBLIC SCHOOLS? Actually, it doesn't. It only prohibits school OFFICIALS from designating a time for prayer or from leading prayers. School CHILDREN ARE FREE TO PRAY in SCHOOL "silently" as long as they Don't disturb the rest of the class. My remark is thus: with Intellectual spirit ...I WILL PRAY where ever I wanna...Becuz i prayed in school 2. GODBLISS U yours and MAY your spirit never be shielded from your spiritual truth. MAY all people globally feel freedom in their spirit some day "NOTHING LIKE starting 2day".

An idea I received recently in an e-mail from a friend is to put "In God We Trust" on the back of each piece of mail you send out. I think that's a very good idea.
I have 4 beautiful grandchildren & whenever we're 2gether we say the Lord's Prayer, & sometimes do a little Bible Study (reading practice 4 them 2) & talk about calling on Jesus. They are a blessing & being able 2 share Jesus/Our Father God/His Holy Word w/them is a blessing. I pray that all children have the opportunity 2 do so with someone who loves them. In Peace & Love. ***PEACE, HARMONY, AND FUN***
