Long hair is for regular chicks. Short hair epitomizes style
Most men that I have been with prefer my short hair. I've grown it out, but going back to short always gets me more attention than the long. So regular. Besides I have a super cute face; why hide it behind hair?

Mine is all thick and wavy and pretty and stuff, but if I leave it down it gets poofy and gross within a few hours. The silicone serums aren't enough. I don't want it to be crunchy. Help. I just use this stuff.

My gf is always bugged by women with long hair, she says it looks dead. Then I point out some actress or model with long hair and say "doesn't that look okay?" and she says "of course, if you can give it that much attention."
Since pointing this out, I tend to agree with her. Women can pull off middle of the back long, but they have to give it a lot of attention. A shorter style looks better easier. My Legacy

My hair is almost to my waist, but it's very naturally curly and wavy. It is difficult to keep up and needs a lot of care. I get headaches too when I put it in a ponytail. But when I was a child and up until the 7th grade, my mother kept my hair cut like a boy.
She told me I looked like a hippie with my hair long so she chopped it all off every time it grew an inch or two. I vowed never to cut my hair when I left home. I keep it trimmed and it looks great. "Let love be your perfect weapon..." ~~Andy Biersack

My mother cut my hair short all thru child hood. That bitch literally cut my hair from a book herself! One side would always be off. She made me uncool and easier to fuck with as a child. She said I couldn't take care of it. I was little! What 5 year old grooms themselves in a presentable manner? I had thick, coarse, and very curly hair. Momma was not used to it. I would NEVER cut it again until my 20's. I discovered something called a professional hair salon. And I also discovered Black hair stylists. My hair is so thick and coarse and curly, most Black stylists can mangage my hair way better than most. I think it's funny that I would cry and cry everytime that heifer would cut my hair. And cry when people called me little boy. But dammit if it's not the sexiest shit to me now.

It's hard to have waist-length hair that is not damaged along the way, so whenever I see that I think "that's some audacity to not have that cut shorter"
I like "long" length in the Megan Fox pic. [Edited 1/27/10 23:15pm]

yeah, it's very pretty on YOUNG women and can look really nice worn up, tidy and natural. when it gets into the realms of hair dye, straightners, curlers and products it's past pretty and can look minging. age 30 should be the cut off point..
ever seen someone from the back, great hair, great figure..then they turn round and they old? such a conflict of pleasure, a real disappointment

It's all in our age. That's ok. I just didn't realize that long hair was exclusively for the 30 under crowd, or dying or even doing your hair for that matter. After 30, woman should let it all go grey, cut it off and just face the facts that they are no longer viewed as attractive so just don't bother, k? But I love my long and full, dyed and styled 35 year old hair.

I'm just thankful that you're not the only one that thinks this way. Sure there comes a point where I guess you can say a person's looks peak but I actually think that some women look best in their 30s. The round face baby fat is gone, the skin is still smooth and wrinkle free and your body doesn't go to shit in your 30s. Plus most of the girls I know personally, look like they are in their 20s but are in their mid 30s. People are aging better these days period. But rules about how to wear your hair, or how to dress is just plain laughable. [Edited 1/28/10 7:21am]
