The show's creator Keenen Ivory Wayans and Damon Wayans brought along their brothers and sister Kim and SW. 1 (would later change to his sure name Shawn) and in the fourth season Marlon.


Also besides the, close friends David Alan Grier (who Keenen met at a comedy club in 1981,) Tommy Davidson (who Keenen also met in 1987) and Jim Carrey (who Damon met and also co-starred with him in the film "Earth Girls are Easy" in 1988.) T'Keyah Crystal Keymah, Kelly Coffield and Kim Wayans finished of the cast for that first season.


Later edition included Jamie Foxx (who actually auditioned in 1989, but didn't make the cut) Little known fact, Martin Lawrence and Wesley Sniped auditioned also (Martin would star in a pilot created by Keenen for I'm Gonna Git U Sucka,) and Chris Rock (after the Wayans left.)


Even the Fly Girls made names for them selves. Rosie Perez was the choreographer. Famous Fly Girls included Jennifer Lopez, Carie Ann Inabala and Laurie Ann Gibson.

I clicked on this thread thinking that this was a thread that was actually talking about a real 20 year reunion for the show.

I think that a 20-year reunion would be awesome. Jim Carrey hasn't really had much success recently, so he should be free.

J-Lo could always show up to plug her newest album or something.

...and Chris Rock would probably still do it.

Keenen would be the big question. I don't think he''s gotten over ILC yet, they took his creation from him. ILC might still be on the air now if FOX was smart.
