Gary Coleman Arrested for Domestic Violence Posted Jan 24th 2010 5:44PM by TMZ Staff Gary Coleman was arrested this afternoon in Utah, TMZ has learned. Law enforcement in Santaquin, UT says he was arrested on one count of domestic assault -- a misdemeanor. He was picked up because of a warrant stemming from a prior incident. "Wut'chu talkin 'bout Willis?" It's gotta suck being Gary Coleman, when as a kid everybody laughed at everything that dropped out your mouth, and now you can't catch a break to even put food on the table. I think it's sad how they pimp these child actors out when they're young & adorable, but the minute they grow some pubes it's "Buh-Bye... See-Ya! Wouldn't want to be ya!".  | |

A few child actors that seem to have done alright for themselves are Jodie Foster, Kurt Russell, and of course Ron Howard (...though I'm sure it didn't hurt that they grew up to be normal-sized adults). Aside from having "Little Man Complex", I can understand why Gary Coleman is so angry - he made the networks MILLIONS on "Wut'chu talkin 'bout Willis?" alone, only to become the butt of jokes because he wears a security guard uniform to survive. Hell, at least he's man enough to swallow his pride, get up every morning and go to work (on a job that I'm certain sucks out loud - particularly for an ex-child-star). I hope he finds help before he becomes the next celebrity we mourn on The Org. | |

co sign. unfortunately it happens to alot of child actors. danny bonaduce...corey haim/corey feldman..the girl from full house..etc..etc.. I'm calling bullshit on this one. This is so beyond being a wacky child actor as an adult. This guy has had jobs. He's just an angry little man, and his temper gets the best of him. Bonaduce and all of them are GROWN. Their "past" is further away from them than the time they were youths. It's a cheap excuse to make mistakes. | |

Honestly, I'm surprised he hasn't suffered the same fate that his co-star Dana Plato did. I met Dana in 1994 in Tulsa (she has family in Tulsa). She came into my salon (with WRECKED HAIR) and needed product. Her check didn't bounce. haha She was very sweet, but there was something tragic underneath it all. She had a beautiful song who was about 10 at the time, I guess. Gary has been so angry and pissy for YEARS, I'm surprised it's just not sent him to the grave. 2nd part: | |

Oh come on now, since when??? He's been caught doing stupid shit like jumping on cars, but he's not exactly in the tabloids on a weekly, or even monthly basis. He's z-list at best. He should feel lucky to be arrested again. It's the ONLY way his face gets in papers (or ON paper). | |
