In the full length version, the guy in the green tank top goes into cardiac arrest, and the rest of his friends start frantically wrestling with each other to prise the McChicken Sandwich and McFlurry from his dying fingers. This then filters through to his subconscious, and through the miracle Jesus Christ, green tank top guy miraculously recovers and kicks fuck out of them, and tans his McDonalds.
