well he went to school monday but had to be picked up as he's not able to sit well..
my sister picked up the police report but it wasn't a full report.. the officers are still investigating.. thank you everyone..  'why y'all trying to say goodbye? I didn't go anywhere, I'm right here, im all around you,always..'

i went to see him today.. his face looks much better!!
alot of the red rash is gone over to scar..i don't know how bad that'll be.. his lip still looks yucky.. i'm worried about what he said about his back.. when he went to school he found he couldn't sit in a chair and have his back straight because it hurt..but if he's standing it doesn't hurt.. now he's worried about getting back to play on the football team.. i told him not to rush it it hasn't been a week yet  'why y'all trying to say goodbye? but i wonder if i should move it.. gods!! i was showing the pic of him with his eyes closed, and the person i was showing it to asked me if he was dead!!

thanks again everone.. when I first opened this thread that's what i thought too. (him being dead) but then I thought what a strange thing to share even on the .org. there would have been a warning..IF i could have done that.. i am glad for many reasons that he didn't get killed.. but the main one is that she's lost a child already and i don't think she would've been able to handle it again.. Poor kid! That's quite an ordeal to have to go through.  RIP, mom. I will forever miss and love you. | |

my nieces and nephews all seem to be another child of mine.. when they were younger and i visited,they would stampede the front door to get to me first
i would open the door,and you would hear a chorus of voices yell.. 'AUNT PATTII!!'..then came the sounds of the thundering herd

well..i don't know about the papers.. but i have thought about going over there, and spending time in the mornings and afternoons watching the crossing and such.. so many students get hit.. it just makes me wonder.. i spent some time watching an elementary crossing a couple of mornings in my old neighborhood.. and the top speed on the street is 30mph.. school zone is 20, and i know alot of those people were speeding.. some slowed down only after i stepped closer to the edge of the road.

another update
he is doing much better.. his mom is looking into doing i don't know what.. she's talked about talking to lawyers..thats up to her.. but the guy has his car fixed and hasn't bothered my sister about paying so.. he has a few scars on his face that need treatment.. maybe to fade them or sometinhg.. again..
