I don´t follow those "celebrities on a diet and workout plan" kind of shows but I heard that Warren G. used to take part in one of them.....but I don´t even remember him ever being fat.

Janet Jackson should spill the beans on how she loses fat so quickly after her "fat" phases....personal trainers and a diet will only help you to some extent, and liposuction usually would leave scars and remaining skin that often hangs down your belly but I don´t see any of that when I look at Janet. Not that I find her interesting or anything but I must admit that the amount of fat she puts on and loses again in regular intervals is really astonishing.

The fat picture could be from six months prior, and then we see her thinner, and media throws up the two pictures, both being noted as "recent", and we think she's doing something horrible.

She's athletic under all that, in some regards. She has muscle memory like many folks do. She is also on a strict diet, cutting out all the crap, and working out HARD, and often. Look at how the people on Biggest Loser lose weight. They're working out six hours a day, full force, and watching their diet. By the end of those few weeks of taping the show, they've lost huge amounts of weight, so imagine what a smaller framed girl who already works out at times can lose when she digs into it. Weight loss shows more on girls than it does guys (although guys can lose it faster most times).
