SLEEP!! How many of u here wake up after a really good nights sleep and u feel as though u have been hit by a baseball bat( and thats under normal circumstances cos I very rarely go 2 parties)?? U never wake up feeling really refreshed??? or, u really feel as though u could sleep for a million years!!!??? Its been like that for me now for a few years!! It takes me a good 2 or 3 hours, and a few units of caffiene, 2 really get myself into gear!!! Also, I even wake up with raging headaches as well and I have done everything to stop that as well!!
Does anyone else on here have these problems?????

It sounds like the sleep you are getting is not as good as you think. You may not be reaching the deep level of sleep that you need. As for the headaches, it's possible you may be bruxing your teeth as you sleep, this often leads to morning headaches and occurs during restless sleeping stages.

Does anyone else on here have these problems????? Are you experiencing depression? If so that could be a reason. Is there any place of refuge one can flee from this insanity

Does anyone else on here have these problems????? I wake up just about every night/morning at 3:30am. My alarm goes off at 5, so that last hour and a half is torture. Sometimes I doze off again, but that "nap" just makes me feel tired when I finally get up. By the afternoon, I feel like My doctor suggested a sleep aid, but then I feel groggy when I wake up. He also suggested going to bed later, because I was going around 9. But that hasn't helped either. I know how you feel. I just want to feel rested. [Edited 1/17/10 14:58pm] "Love Hurts. I have the same problems with sleep and waking up with headaches. Nothing I've tried has worked. Most days I feel like I'm in a fog.

Does anyone else on here have these problems????? maybe you should reduce your intake of that and try 5htp supplements. You can get it in the health food section of your local store and it can aid in sleep, relaxation and ease headaches.

Defintely look into it. You have described exactly how I feel. . [Edited 1/17/10 22:38pm] My name is Naz!!! and I have a windmill where my brain is supposed to be.....

you sound like me...i get an average of 5-6 hrs of sleep. I get up 2-6 times a night to pee (bladder issues)
i am ALWAYS tired in the morning...hard to even get motivated to do chores. I have way more energy at night. Have you been tested for fibromyalgia? try some natural remedies...melatonin...5HTP...sleepy time tea (it works)
